Chair Dance
Mix up sexy choreography with some chair tricks (suitable for your level) for a spicy new chair routine each class! Suitable for all levels - choreography and tricks can be adapted to make them more accessible or more challenging as needed. Heels are optional (pole heels or dance heels are both fine) and knee pads recommended. Tights or leggings are best to allow some slip on the chair seat - bare legs will get you stuck!
Silky Floor Flow
Jane Silk will guide you through choreo which will awaken the senses and help you find presence and power in your movement. This floorwork class focuses on fluidity, flow, musicality and finding your own sense of sensual style within the choreography. Suitable for all levels - kneepads essential, heels optional (socks or tights will be needed if you choose not to wear shoes).
Filthy Floorwork
Designed to have you feeling free, fierce and femme, these classes incorporate sensual movement and eye-catching floor tricks into a fresh, sexy routine each week. Suitable for all levels - heels recommended but optional, knee pads essential!
Burlesque
These routines last for two weeks, where we focus on building a repertoire of foundational burlesque skills & qualities, including:

- Fundamental burlesque movement -
- Confidence & a love of burlesque! -
We learn a short new routine each course, usually including one striptease element in the routine. The strip elements are optional, and there will be adaptation to the choreography for anyone who isn't practicing them. They may include gloves, stockings, corsets, boas and bras, to name a few!
You can wear whatever you're most comfortable and confident in for these courses; anything from leggings and a t shirt to stockings and suspenders is fine with us! Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
Hips, Heels & Feels
This 2-week commercial heels routine is a celebration of sensuality, empowerment, and self-expression! You'll practice the art of dancing in heels, connecting mind and body for an immersive dance experience. Join us for two weeks of self-indulgent movement where each sway, strut, and turn is an invitation to embrace the beauty of your own individual style.
We’ll learn a routine over two weeks, giving you time to practice the choreo and get to know it well enough to dance it with all of the feels!
This class can be taken in dance heels, socks or barefoot. Outdoor shoes and pole heels are not suitable for this class. Suitable for all levels – complete beginners welcome!
